FAQ

(A) orders
Find the items you are interested in, pictures can be shown or enlarged by clicking on the picture or the camera icon.

Add items to your cart and click "continue" to finish your order
.
You'll need to register to buy at our shop.

Check your address details and choose your shipment method.
You can add an alternative shipment address in the comment section.

Option 1) 
After ordering, you pay directly with PayPal.

Optie 2) 
After ordering, you choose for payment by transfer. You will receive the payment details by mail.
Transfer the amount to BE71 2930 0771 2969 (BIC: GEBABEBB), don't forget your order number (vb. 2017-WEB00001). 

After verification of your paympent, the order will be sent by mail.
Delivery time for Belgium 3-5 working days.
For international shipments + extra delivery time ca. 3 working days.

You can choose for normal shipment or registered shipment.
Orders larger than €100 always registered shipment.

You can check the status of your order in the "My orders" section, after logging in.


(B) Cancelling your order

You cannot cancel your order.
If you have remarks, please contact us by mail: debeul@evonet.be or by phone: 0032 3 226 40 68.


(C) Returning orders

You can return your order (or items) after contacting us by mail or by phone, within 30 days.
Contact debeul@evonet.be with reference of your name and order number.


(D) Your account

You can check and modify your data in the "My account" section, after logging in.
Don't forget to change your password after your registration!
